Chetana KADAM, Co-Founder & President


Chetana Kadam, a co-founder, and the President, has a Masters degree in English literature from the prestigious Ferguson College, Pune (India). She has done a certification course in Computer Programming and Web Design from Lively Technical Center in Tallahassee, FL, USA. Chetana leads ArnAmy as the President and oversees finance, accounting, legal, and human resources functions. She is a vital leader of ArnAmy and has been instrumental in ArnAmy's healthy growth.
Chetana is an excellent cook and she is passionate of cooking and serving tasty Indian dishes.

Datta KADAM, Co-Founder & CEO


Dattatraya Kadam, fondly called Datta is the co-founder, & the CEO of ArnAmy. He is an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) expert, and known as a thought leader in modern Information Technologies. Datta is an Enterprise Architect (EA) certified by the Enterprise Architecture Centre Of Excellence (EACOE), and a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). During his 20+ years of career, Datta has built, developed, and managed several high growth, professional IT service and product engineering teams. Datta majored in Physics in 1994 and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the reputed Mumbai University (India) in 1996. He has a certification in 'Leading Professional Services Firms' from the esteemed Harvard Executive Business School.
Datta loves playing golf, tennis, and reading books or listening to audio books in his leisure time.

Chetana & Datta are married since 1998 and live in Tallahassee, FL with their children Arnav & Amulya (Amy), and their pet Sir Harley (a white Labrador).
They founded this Company in 2007 with heartfelt zeal to provide state of the art IT solutions to solve mission critical business problems. The brand name "ArnAmy" is inspired from their children's names, Arnav, & Amy. Both Datta & Chetana believe that this brand will inspire many children like Arnav & Amy to think big and believe that 'nothing is impossible'.

Coming from humble beginnings, we strongly believe in giving back to society from some of what it has given us.

  •  Indian Association of Tallahassee, (IATLH) is a Florida non-profit organization (FEIN # 59-3521114) devoted to promoting the cultural, social, and educational activities of people from India. We are a major sponsor for several years, collaborating on charitable fund raisers.

  •  Donated buzzer system to Brain-Bowl team of Swift Creek Middle School in Tallahassee, FL.

  •  Ongoing donations to local schools (Conley Elementary, Rickards High) in Tallahassee, FL.

  •  Ekal Vidyalaya is a non-profit organization on a mission to bring basic education to every child across rural India We sponsored five schools for Ekal Vidyalaya's mission, which includes organizing health camps, taking up projects to enhance the income of tribal and rural families, like organic farming, skill development, nutrition garden & sustainable agriculture.

  •  CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities - we donated to Maharashtra government's ‘Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan’ which envisages a drought-free state through deepening and widening of streams, construction of cement and earthen stop dams, and digging of farm ponds.

  •  Ongoing donation of computers and electronic equipment to rural and needy elementary schools in rural parts of Maharashtra State in India.
